The Bitcoin treasury company said Jesse Myers will leave on 1 September, with its Bitcoin strategy unaffected.

The web services and digital asset advocate bought nine additional Bitcoin at an average price of £54,771 each.

It has added 19 Bitcoin to its treasury, at an average price of £57,971, taking total Bitcoin holdings to 2,859 BTC.

It has added more Bitcoin to its treasury under its "10 Year Plan", taking total holdings to 2,840 BTC.

It bought the Bitcoin for £1.53m under its "10 Year Plan" buying remit, supported by its Coinbase credit facility.

The Smarter Web Company purchased 28 Bitcoin for £1.61m under its "The 10 Year Plan", lifting total holdings to 2,778 Bitcoin at a reported total cost of £227.2m.

The Smarter Web Company purchased 44 Bitcoin for £2.51m, taking its treasury to 2,750 BTC and raising drawings under its Coinbase Strategic Credit Facility to £12m.

The Smarter Web Company PLC has placed new shares under its December subscription agreement, raising £1.53 million.
