The Smarter Web Company (LSE:SWC) placed 502,250 shares under the Subscription Agreement announced on 24 December 2025, raising gross proceeds of £145,670.

The Smarter Web Company, a UK web design, development and online marketing services provider, will receive approximately 98.25% of the proceeds, equivalent to approximately £0.29 per share, and 49.22m shares remain unplaced under the agreement.

The details were disclosed in the company's RNS and the announcement also reiterated that the group holds treasury reserves and surplus cash in Bitcoin and regards itself as materially exposed to the risks associated with Bitcoin.
