Acuity RM Group (AIM:ACRM) told investors it has entered additional contracts, extending its reach within the previously announced 'significant international defence-related programme'.
The additional work is expected to see a further £125,000 of annual recurring revenue.
AIM-listed Acuity, which specialises in the cybersecurity segment of the governance, risk and compliance (GRC) market, said the new deals will see its STREAM Classic platform deployed to a second prime defence contractor participating in the programme, as well as to the central organisation that runs it.
That brings the number of commitments to STREAM Classic within the programme to three: two prime contractors and the coordinating body itself.
The programme spans multiple prime contractors across several participating nations, each facing comparable security, risk, compliance and reporting obligations.
Acuity said it is in advanced discussions with the two committed contractors and the central organisation over supporting consultancy services, which it expects to convert into one or more service contracts, and is in active talks with a third prime contractor.
"When the body coordinating a multi-nation programme and the contractors delivering into it work from the same platform, security, risk and compliance reporting can be brought together on a common basis rather than reconciled after the fact," said chief executive David Rajakovich.
The deal follows a run of defence-sector wins for Acuity: two on-premises STREAM Classic instances for a prime contractor in August generating annual recurring revenue above £100,000, followed by three further instances in September worth more than £160,000 annually, taking that contractor's total holding to five instances on a subscription basis.
Rajakovich said defence work has also grown in continental Europe, including the group's first STREAM order from a European defence company, and pointed to the UK's Defence Investment Plan, which allocates £2.5bn to a new Defence Cyber and Electromagnetic Force, as a driver of further opportunity across contractors and nations.
