The Smarter Web Company places 4.29m shares to raise £1.54m

The Smarter Web Company PLC has placed new shares under its December subscription agreement, raising £1.53 million.

The Smarter Web Company PLC (LSE:SWC) placed 4,286,410 Ordinary Shares in accordance with the Subscription Agreement announced on 24 December 2025, generating gross proceeds of £1,537,376 at roughly £0.36 per share.

The company will receive approximately 98.25% of those proceeds—around £1.51m after placement costs—and says a further 52,377,540 Ordinary Shares remain unplaced under the agreement.
