Beowulf Mining secures £3.5m Bacchus Capital strategic investment

Beowulf Mining (AIM:BEM) agreed non-binding terms for a proposed minimum £3.5m investment from Bacchus Capital & Affiliates, forming part of a broader £4m financing package intended to recapitalise the company. The deal is designed to fund development of Beowulf's flagship Kallak iron ore project alongside its Grafinte asset. Shares surged 100% to 11.0p on the announcement, reflecting the transformational scale of the proposed funding relative to the company's previous capitalisation.

Iofina signs brine supply deal to lift IO#11 output
