Bluebird Mining Ventures (LSE:BMV) shares soared on Friday, climbing 32.4% to 0.0695, after the company said it delivered its first full month of revenue in May.

Management said the milestone demonstrates the company's ability to convert assets into recurring economic output and that after twelve months of asset and liability work, it approaches the second half of 2026 from a stronger financial position.

"Having become revenue generating in April, we are thrilled to have delivered our first full month of revenue in May; this milestone validates our restructuring and transition into a focused gold streaming, mining and treasury company," said Sath Ganesarajah, Chief Executive Officer.

BMV said it has added targeted hires across Operations, Commercial and Finance while keeping a disciplined, equity-incentivised operating model.

The company completed the restructuring of legacy Asian assets as part of efforts to simplify the business and improve capital efficiency.

Development work continues on a flagship gold streaming opportunity that BMV believes could be a cornerstone investment, and management is evaluating additional streams prioritising near- and medium-term cash generation and downside protection.

BMV said it maintains treasury exposure to physical gold, Bitcoin and tokenised gold as a core component of shareholder value creation.
