Strix Group appoints Andy Rainforth as CEO

Strix Group (AIM:KETL) has appointed Andy Rainforth as Chief Executive Officer with effect from 13 July.

Rainforth brings more than 30 years of international leadership across manufacturing, hardware, SaaS and channel-led models, having been Group Chief Commercial Officer at A-SAFE and Managing Director and Group Commercial Lead at Grosvenor Technology / Newmark Security.

He also held senior roles at Honeywell Security Group, founded SecurePro, and holds an MBA with Distinction from Manchester Business School plus executive education at the University of Cambridge and SOAS..

The company disclosed that Rainforth is 56 and that his directorships in the last five years include Grosvenor Technology and The Crossley Heath School Academy Trust Limited.
