Fevara (LSE:FVA) said adjusted EBIT for the year ended 31 August is expected to reach approximately £6.0 million, up roughly 60% on FY25's £3.7 million and ahead of the £5.5 million analyst consensus.
Revenue is expected to come in at approximately £86 million, up from £78.8 million in FY25, representing 8% like-for-like growth, against a consensus estimate of £86.3 million.
The Carlisle-based group makes livestock nutritional supplements, including feed licks, blocks, minerals and boluses, under the Crystalyx, Horslyx and Scotmin Nutrition brands, with manufacturing sites in the UK, Germany, the US and Brazil.
The UK, European and US businesses all performed well, with Low Moisture Blocks delivering continued growth, while Brazil traded as expected in the period following acquisition.
Fevara closed the year with net debt of approximately £2.0 million, better than previously anticipated, helped by strong cash conversion, property disposals and the sale of Chirton Engineering.
The Chirton disposal, completed in August for £0.65 million plus £0.2 million deferred, marked the final step in a strategic review that has left Fevara a single-focus international livestock supplements business.
Fevara also completed a new £20 million revolving credit facility with HSBC, running to November 2028 with two further one-year extension options, alongside a further £10 million uncommitted facility, which funded its acquisitions during the year.
The group entered Brazil for the first time through the December acquisition of Macal, followed by a high-specification production facility in São Paulo State announced in March, with a Low Moisture Block product launch scheduled from the fourth quarter of FY27.
"FY26 has been a year of significant strategic progress, and I am delighted by what we have achieved in the second year of delivering our strategic plan", said chief executive Joshua Hoopes.
Fevara said trading in the first few weeks of FY27 has been encouraging and in line with expectations as it enters its peak seasonal trading period, and reiterated medium-term targets of £120 million revenue, £15 million adjusted EBITDA, a 10% adjusted EBIT margin and 20% return on capital employed.
