Pri0r1ty Intelligence Group (AIM:PR1) has renewed and extended its agreement with an unnamed leading Premier League club, marking the third season of the relationship since it began.

The AIM-listed group, which delivers AI-driven growth solutions to SMEs through Halfspace, Pri0r1ty, Metr1c and Pirkx, will continue supplying the club's match-day sales operations through its Compass ID data management platform.

Halfspace will earn SaaS revenues from Compass ID and the newly added Vox product totalling £30,000 a year, alongside consultancy fees of approximately £40,000 across the 2026-27 season, with scope for both to rise depending on marketing performance.

The club has extended its subscription to include Vox, Pri0r1ty's voice-agent product, on a three-month trial to automate outbound sales calls for match-day hospitality across its customer database.

Compass ID has historically delivered a return on investment of more than 14 times revenue against advertising spend in previous seasons, according to the company.

The contract runs on a quarterly basis, adjusted to the club's budget through the season's fixtures and performance.

"By combining both consultancy and SaaS revenue we are increasing customer spend and driving retention in line with our growth strategy," said chief executive Rory Maxwell.

The deal carries into the group's 2027 financial year and signals continued cross-selling of Pri0r1ty's product suite within its sports-sector client base.

News Intelligence what this means for the company

Pri0r1ty's Halfspace unit has renewed a Premier League club contract for a third season and added a trial of its Vox voice-agent product, generating £30,000 in annual SaaS revenue plus £40,000 in consultancy fees for the 2026-27 season. The deal extends cross-selling of Pri0r1ty's product suite into sports clients and demonstrates Vox moving from initial Sport & Recreation Alliance rollouts into direct enterprise trials, though the contract remains small relative to the company's £5.42 million net assets and the trial nature of Vox limits near-term revenue certainty.

Investment case

The renewal signals customer retention and product bundling traction in a named vertical, but the £70,000 annual contract value is immaterial to a company that reported £0.4 million contracted revenue eight months into FY26. Vox's three-month trial outcome will be a key indicator of whether the voice-agent product can convert to recurring revenue at scale, addressing the uptake risk flagged in earlier coverage.
