RC365 unveils RC AI Brain product at beta stage

RC365 Holding (LSE:RCGH) has introduced RC AI Brain, a company-controlled knowledge layer designed to help existing artificial-intelligence systems interpret corporate information with clearer context, currently at beta stage.

The London-listed payment solutions and fintech group, which operates primarily in East and Southeast Asia through subsidiaries Regal Crown Technology and HC Capital, said the product structures company data and relationships, links records to supporting evidence, and publishes them in AI-readable formats.

RC AI Brain comprises three parts: tools to organise, search and publish company information; a memory layer recording that information alongside earlier versions and sources; and an "official authority layer" marking which records the company treats as authoritative, each tagged with a version, effective date and scope.

The company stressed it is not a new AI model, large language model or chatbot, and makes no claim to have built one.

It is designed instead to sit alongside existing AI systems, with no guarantee of compatibility across platforms and no partnership with any AI provider implied.

"Official authority" refers only to the company's own control over its information, not regulatory approval, government endorsement or independent certification.

The board said potential applications include corporate information searches, investor research, customer-facing information services, financial services and internal operations, though these remain potential uses rather than announced customer deployments, with any commercial rollout subject to further assessment.

No revenue, profit or earnings guidance accompanies the update.

"Our objective is to help companies give existing AI systems the right context, not just more information," said Chi Kit (Michael) Law, chief executive officer of RC365.

"We will assess customer requirements, product readiness and a commercially sound model before making any claims about broader adoption," he added.
