Corero Network Security (AIM:CNS) has appointed Michael Woduschegg as General Manager and Field CTO for EMEA/APAC, part of a broader push to strengthen regional leadership and channel partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific.

The AIM-listed DDoS protection specialist said it will add a Director of EMEA Channels in December to deepen partner relationships and speed up regional go-to-market efforts.

Corero's third-quarter order intake rose 50% year-on-year, which the company linked to channel-led wins across Europe, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.

"International growth requires more than entering new markets", said chief executive Carl Herberger, adding that the company is "investing in the people, expertise, and partnerships that make sustainable success possible."

The company's channel momentum has already produced recognition: Corero and partner UK Servers, which provides dedicated servers, colocation and cloud infrastructure, have been named finalists in the Best Technology Partnership category at the 2026 ISPA UK Awards.

Corero's Q3 order intake grew to $11.1 million, up from $7.4 million a year earlier, taking year-to-date orders to $25.4 million against $19.9 million in the prior period, growth the company has attributed to channel expansion across North America, Western Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Central America and Oceania alongside new Tier-1 telecoms wins in the US and UK.

Michelle Ragusa-McBain, Corero's global channel chief, said the company is "committed to reinvesting" in partner success, framing the new EMEA leadership as strengthening support "from technical enablement to joint go-to-market initiatives."
