Kromek Group (LSE:KMK) told investors it expects full-year revenues and profit before tax for the 12 months to 30 April to be in line with market consensus (which it says are £27.2 million and £2.15 million respectively).
In the Advanced Imaging division, excluding the exceptional contribution from the group's enablement agreement with Siemens Healthineers, Kromek said it delivered underlying revenue growth despite supply-chain timing disruption and mitigated the impact by securing and delivering a major new order in the second half.
The CBRN Detection division also delivered year-on-year revenue growth, and across both divisions Kromek won new orders totalling £8.8 million in the second half, a significant proportion of which was delivered before year end, although some governmental procurements were delayed.
The Board believes the full-year performance demonstrates the resilience of the group's business model and customer relationships.
Kromek expects to publish its full-year results in September 2026.
