Alongside the top-up, Tern has raised its minimum shareholder distribution commitment from qualifying exits to 70% of net proceeds, a move aimed at sharpening investor alignment as the portfolio matures. Potentially AI lands Google and ByteDance partner status
Potentially AI (AGI) has joined the partner networks of both Google Cloud and ByteDance, securing up to $350,000 in Google Cloud credits alongside preferential access to ByteDance's BytePlus models. The dual arrangement gives the AIM-listed AI platform cheaper infrastructure and privileged model access as it looks to scale, even as the shares slipped 3.33% to 7.25p.
Dotdigital confirms guidance as ARR climbs 18%
Dotdigital Group (DOTD) confirmed revenue and profit for the year to 30 June came in line with market forecasts, with contracted annual recurring revenue up 18% following its Alia and Social Snowball acquisitions. The confirmation lifted the shares 2.27% to 49.0875p, as the two deals continue to feed through into recurring-revenue growth.
