Cambridge Cognition Holdings (LSE:COG) has launched an IRB‑approved brain health study with wearable tech company Oura, to embed the London-listed firm's CANTAB Pathway assessments in Oura Labs.
The collaboration will involve a remote observational programme through 2026, enrolling up to 45,000 Oura members.

The study is designed to quantify relationships between behavioural, biometric and cognitive measures over time and to assess user engagement with consumer‑integrated cognitive assessments to inform future product development and scalable brain‑health applications.

The Cambridge-based neuroscience technology company has integrated CANTAB One and CANTAB Insight as brief in‑app tasks that participants will complete alongside continuous Oura Ring sensing of sleep, activity, stress and physiological metrics.

It builds on a previous study, Project Intuition, which was a 23,000‑participant remote cognitive study run with Biogen and Apple.

"Oura's scientific credibility and consumer reach make them an ideal partner to expand CANTAB Pathway into broader healthcare and consumer applications," Rob Baker, Chief Executive Officer, said.

It's expected that the study will continue collecting longitudinal data through 2026.
