Earnz (AIM:EARN) announced that the anticipated completion of its deal to acquire GEM Newco has been delayed due to an administrative issue.
The London-listed, AIM-quoted energy services company, which aims to capitalise on the drive for global decarbonisation, had planned to complete the deal alongside the admission of 218.15m new shares. Both completion and admission are now expected to occur on or before 23 October, with admission set to take place the same day as completion.
Earnz said it would issue a further announcement confirming when completion has occurred.
