Optima Health (AIM:OPT) told investors it expects first-half revenue of approximately £96m for the six months to 30 September, around 60% ahead of the prior-year period (H1 FY26: £59.5m), the AIM-listed occupational health and wellbeing provider said in a trading update on Tuesday.
The company attributed the jump to the contribution from PAM Healthcare, acquired in March, alongside continued growth across its core operations, and said trading remained in line with the Board's expectations.
Optima completed the £100m acquisition of PAM Healthcare on 26 March, a deal it has described as transformational in its push to become the leading occupational health provider across the UK and Republic of Ireland.
Integration is progressing to plan, with operational and commercial synergies being realised across the enlarged Group, and the Board continues to expect full-year FY27 results in line with market expectations.
Annualised new business wins totalled £10.6m in the first half, sharply higher than £1.9m in the same period last year, including a new contract with HMRC and an adjacent-market win supporting the Home Office-procured Support for Victims of Modern Slavery programme.
Net debt, excluding leases, fell to £70.4m at 30 September from £94.4m at 31 March, made up of a cash balance of £11.6m against £82m of debt, as the Group focuses on cash generation and deleveraging following the PAM acquisition.

The reduction follows an underwritten open offer that raised gross proceeds of approximately £35m, used earlier to repay a £30m bridge loan taken out to help fund the acquisition.
"We have delivered a strong first-half performance, with revenue expected to be approximately 60% ahead of the prior year period, reflecting the successful integration of PAM Healthcare and continued growth across the Group," said chief executive Jonathan Thomas.
He added that the business enters the second half "with a strong pipeline of opportunities, increasing operational momentum and confidence in the Group's outlook".
