EARNZ (AIM:EARNZ) has been awarded an initial two-year contract by Fortem, acting on behalf of Sanctuary Housing, worth an anticipated £2.6m per annum to provide retrofit insulation, ventilation upgrades and renewable energy solutions across Yorkshire.

The contract includes a potential 12-18 month extension and the company said the initial revenues are expected at £2.6m per annum, with delivery routed through its specialist subsidiaries and social housing retrofit capability.

The award has been made to A&D Carbon Solutions, which EARNZ acquired in July 2025, and work will be carried out by National Retrofit Solutions, the group’s Stafford-based subsidiary, supported by Zero Carbon Group in Stockport.

The win follows previous contracts from the same client covering Stoke-on-Trent and Chester and the company said the award closely aligns with its strategic aim of building long-term partnerships with new and established Tier One clients in the public and private sectors.

Work across Yorkshire will commence in May.
