Arkadian Strategic Metals Plc (AIM:AKN) on Monday confirmed its change of name, from Alba Mineral Resources (AIM:ALBA), had now taken effect, and its shares now trade on AIM under the new ticker AKN.
The company, a gold and strategic metals focused exploration and development company, said in an RNS that its ISIN and SEDOL will remain unchanged.Existing share certificates held by shareholders remain valid and any new certificates issued after the name change has become effective will bear the name Arkadian Strategic Metals Plc.
