Reveille Resources (AQSE:REV) shares are due to begin trading on the OTCID Basic Market in the United States on Friday, giving the Italy-focused uranium explorer a secondary quotation under the ticker "RVREF".
The Aquis Growth Market-listed company's shares will continue trading in London under the ticker "REV", with no new shares issued in connection with the US listing.
Reveille is developing Novazza and Val Vedello, two historical uranium deposits in Lombardy that it describes as Italy's largest known uranium deposits, and is currently advancing exploration licence applications for both through Italy's Environmental Impact Assessment process.
The company said the OTCID quotation is expected to broaden its reach among North American investors by making its shares easier to find and trade through participating US brokers, and to raise awareness of Reveille and its Italian uranium projects as it evaluates opportunities in other Western-aligned jurisdictions, potentially including North America.
OTCID is a disclosure-based quotation market operated by OTC Markets Group and recognised by the US Securities and Exchange Commission; according to OTC Markets Group's third-quarter trading update, more than 12,300 securities were actively traded across its markets during the quarter, with total trading volume of $203.5 billion.
The move follows Reveille's announcement of 28 October, when the OTCID approval was first disclosed ahead of Friday's start of trading.
