Netcall (AIM:NET) has struck a technology collaboration with Box Inc to integrate the AI-powered content management platform's governed content with Netcall's Jadu digital services platform, aiming to power self-service portals, applications and personalised digital journeys for customers across government, education and enterprise sectors.
The AIM-listed enterprise software company, which unites automation and customer engagement in its Liberty platform, said the new integration suite lets organisations build service requests and digital experiences using trusted content held in Box, while keeping that information governed within Box's systems rather than duplicated or moved.
Jadu, acquired by Netcall in December 2025, was fully integrated into the group by its last full-year results, delivering annualised cost synergies of close to £1m alongside early cross-selling benefits; today's tie-up extends that platform's reach by linking it to Box's content management capabilities.
Netcall said the collaboration strengthens its position in the market for AI-powered automation and gives it an opportunity to extend its international reach, bringing Jadu's digital services capabilities to a broader range of organisations.
"This integration brings Jadu and Box together" to let customers "rapidly build and deploy services that connect people, processes, and content without the complexity of moving or duplicating information," said James Ormondroyd, Netcall's chief executive.

Box's vice president of global go-to-market partnerships, Jamie Young Perlman, said the collaboration helps customers "automate processes and make information easier to access while maintaining security and governance."
The announcement follows a year in which Netcall reported AI-related product sales nearly tripling and more than 40% of new Cloud orders including AI products, as the group pushes to convert a record sales pipeline into contracted Cloud bookings through its 2027 financial year.
