MTI Wireless Edge (AIM:MWE) said P.S.K. Wind Technologies Limited's contract to supply communications infrastructure to the Israeli Ministry of Defence has doubled in value from US$2.2m to approximately US$4.5m.

The expanded order, originally announced on 7 April at US$2.2m, is scheduled for completion by the end of the first quarter of 2027 and reinforces demand for the group's defence product set; MTI is a technology group focused on communication and radio frequency solutions across multiple sectors.

"We continue to see more opportunities in the defence market and demand for our range of defence related products," Moni Borovitz, MTI's CEO, said.

Management said the enlarged PSK contract adds to a healthy pipeline of potential orders across all three divisions and will move into delivery over the coming quarters.
