Active Energy Group (AIM:AEG) has signed a strategic distribution agreement with Fog Hashing that grants distribution rights across the Gulf Cooperation Council and sets out a framework under which the parties may pursue a broader exclusive relationship subject to commercial milestones and further definitive agreements.

The deal gives the AIM‑listed developer of ultra low‑cost power‑connected digital infrastructure enhanced access to modular HPC, AI and hosting units, deployment expertise, technical support and improved purchasing terms intended to shorten the time from securing grid‑connected sites to deploying revenue‑generating digital infrastructure across the UAE and wider GCC, the company said.

"This is more than a supply agreement; the ability to rapidly deploy, redeploy and upgrade infrastructure becomes increasingly important," said Paul Elliott, Chief Executive Officer.

AEG said the standardised, interchangeable platform the parties envisage should improve capital efficiency and operational responsiveness as sites are redeployed and upgraded for AI and HPC workloads, and that the agreement supports its infrastructure strategy linked to the non‑binding LOI with Bitdeer, which remains subject to due diligence and definitive agreements.
