Ondo InsurTech (LSE:ONDO), a claims prevention technology provider for home insurers listed on the LSE, has closed its accelerated bookbuild to new orders, the company confirmed on 23 June.
The bookbuild was launched the previous afternoon and has now concluded, with a further announcement expected to confirm the final placing result and the timetable to completion.
No financial terms, including the amount raised, issue price or number of new shares, were disclosed in this update.
