Keras Resources (AIM:KRS), an AIM-listed mining company, has delayed publication of its annual results for the year ended 31 December 2025 while it finalises advanced-stage discussions around two potential transactions.

The company said the audit is substantially complete, but the nature of the deals under negotiation would have a direct bearing on disclosures within the accounts, making it impractical to publish until binding agreements are signed.

Keras cautioned that while it expects to reach binding agreements, there is no certainty that talks will conclude successfully or on any particular terms.
