Capita (LSE:CPI), the outsourcing and technology services group, has entered into new financing facilities with Shawbrook Bank totalling £30m.

The package comprises a £15m revolving credit facility and a £15m term loan, both maturing in September 2029.

The revolving facility carries terms, including the interest rate, substantially in line with Capita's existing £325m revolving credit facility.

The term loan's interest rate sits modestly above that level.

Capita said the new facilities will fund general corporate purposes and refinance existing debt.
