NCC Group (LSE:NCC) has concluded its review of its Cyber business and is no longer in an offer period under the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, ending the Group's Rule 8 disclosure obligations.

The group, now operating as a focused, pure-play cyber security and resilience business after a period of strategic and operational change disclosed at the Capital Markets Event on 13 March, said this in an announcement.

The board said it remains mindful of the prevailing macro-economic environment but believes the business is appropriately positioned for its next phase of development.
