Acceler8 Ventures (LSE:AC8), the London-listed acquisition company, issued its first trading update for principal operating business Hui10 on Wednesday, covering the nine months to 30 September.
Hui10 generated revenue of RMB 2.1 million over the period, up from RMB 0.4 million in the corresponding period of 2025, driven by growth in its Lucky World lottery retail platform.
Connected Lucky World lottery shops reached 13,651 at period end, up 277% from 3,621 a year earlier, while total registered users rose 113% to 1.7 million. Lottery transaction value through Lucky World jumped to RMB 2.1 billion for the nine months, against RMB 0.1 billion in the same period last year, a rise the company attributed to increasing active shop rates on the platform.
UGO UnionPay point-of-sale terminals grew more modestly, up 19% to 754 at period end.
Hui10 began the wider rollout of its Sports Lottery+ platform from September, following a successful pilot in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, with plans to extend into additional provinces over the following six months.
The company also announced an expanded commercial relationship with China Mobile in September, after Jiangxi Sports Lottery approved the launch of Sports Lottery+ within China Mobile's business halls and shops across Jiangxi province, a network China Mobile's local arm serves with more than 30 million customers.
"Jiangxi Sports Lottery's approval of the China Mobile Jiangxi implementation is an important milestone," said Daniel Levine, chief executive officer of Acceler8 Ventures, adding that the arrangement "places Hui10 at the centre of a repeatable distribution model to reach material numbers of new customers and convert these to active users."
The board said it expects continued expansion of the connected-shop network and further Sports Lottery+ rollout to support revenue growth through the remainder of the year and into 2027, with the group targeting an additional 50,000 Lucky World shop connections and 20,000 UGO terminals by the end of 2027.
