Quantum Blockchain Technologies (AIM:QBT) expects the first Method C AI Oracle, trained on data from a partnered ASIC manufacturer's MDK, to be available as early as the end of June.
The AIM-listed investment company focused on blockchain research and development said the ASIC manufacturer's Mining Development Kit is now fully operational and linked to QBT's server infrastructure, enabling generation of training-quality SHA-256 mining data, QBT said.
QBT said its University of Milan research team, engineers from the ASIC manufacturer and US-based consultants have modified the mining rig operating system and micro-controller code to produce structured data streams comparable to those used on the Bitaxe Gamma BM1370 platform.
With suitable data now being produced, QBT will commence training the learning models that underpin Method C and, once the AI Oracle is generated, deploy it on the MDK for live testing connected to a live mining pool.
"We are now finally in a position to train the learning models, generate the AI Oracle and perform live testing on the ASIC manufacturer's MDK," Francesco Gardin, CEO and Executive Chairman, said.
