QBT has placed 140 million new shares to fund development of its Bitcoin mining technology and AI Oracle software.

Quantum Blockchain Technologies said an Italian court has scheduled the sale of a confiscated property tied to its Sipiem judgment, part of a wider three-asset recovery effort.

Quantum Blockchain Technologies has adapted its Method C AI Oracle to a new ASIC mining rig, showing a consistent edge over traditional mining in early testing.

The USPTO has approved QBT's ASIC UltraBoost patent application, though formal issuance still requires final procedural steps.

"The incredible scientific creativity of our R&D team has once more demonstrated the quality of results which are produced on one of the toughest cryptographic matters," said CEO and Executive Chairman Francesco Gardin.

Commercial negotiations with hashpower providers are underway, though agreements are conditional on the completion of a fundraising and Aquis admission.

The company is selling its last holding in Italian fintech ForCrowd for aggregate gross proceeds of €155,000 as it focuses further on its Bitcoin-mining optimisation and AI-driven solutions.

Quantum Blockchain Technologies says its partner's Mining Development Kit is producing training-quality SHA-256 data and the company expects to generate the first Method C AI Oracle as early as the end of June.

The R&D firm restarted its quantum computing programme focused on Bitcoin mining, reinstating the original Milan University team and flagging an internal quantum implementation of SHA-256 as a key asset.

Quantum Blockchain says a direct link between its Method C AI Oracle and the ASIC maker’s Mining Development Kit will bypass full rig integration and deliver early live-test data by the end of April 2026.
