ECO Animal Health Group (AIM:EAH) has renewed its committed £10 million revolving credit facility with National Westminster Bank on more favourable terms and extended its existing £5 million overdraft.

The company said it maintained total banking facilities of £15 million, with new expiries of 30 June 2031.

It added that the renewal replaces the existing £10 million RCF that was due to expire on 30 June; the new facility allows drawings of up to £10 million in flexible amounts. The company noted that it has not previously utilised the RCF and has no immediate plans to draw under it, as the facility is held to provide immediate liquidity for business expansion initiatives.
