Dotlines Global (LSE:DOTL), a UK technology group spanning telecommunications, digital infrastructure, cybersecurity and financial technology, has signed a five-year contract with UK internet service provider Olilo UK & Ireland to deploy its Catena software platform.

The deal carries an estimated minimum value of £1.1m over its term, with Catena expected to launch with Olilo in the fourth quarter.

Olilo becomes the fourth ISP customer for Catena and had previously adopted Dotlines' Audra Safe router and cybersecurity solution for its consumer broadband customers.

Dotlines also agreed to acquire the broadband customer base of another ISP, adding up to 227 customers to its Carnival Internet service, paid for via a set-off against that seller's existing Catena platform fees.

Wholesale network partner TalkTalk Communications, trading as PlatformX Communications, has agreed to raise its connection bonus for the transferred customers to roughly 70% of what Dotlines will pay the seller.

In Malaysia, Dotlines expanded its Sohoj digital lifestyle platform through three new arrangements: a partnership with Ria Money Transfer enabling cash-in and cash-out services for the Ria eWallet through Sohoj's merchant network, an airline ticketing service launched within the Touch 'n Go e-wallet app, and a reseller partnership with NTT DATA Payment Services Group targeting roughly 3,000 retail stores, nearly 90% of which currently rely on cash.

"To have formed a partnership with a global business as well established as Ria is a great endorsement of our platform," said chief executive Jaki Chowdhury.

The updates follow the group's admission to AIM on 11 May.
