TPXimpact Holdings (AIM:TPX) shares added 10.75% to 58.70p, after it won a £16m, two-year Product Team Bench Model Services contract with the Ministry of Justice.
The work will deploy multidisciplinary product teams to the Legal Aid Agency and other MoJ transformation programmes to replace complex legacy systems, deliver improved legal aid experiences for citizens, case workers and providers, and protect sensitive public data while supporting Justice Digital and LAA priorities for 2026-2029 as part of a wider £350 million investment.
TPXimpact, a digital transformation partner to UK public services, in a statement said the award builds on its existing delivery for His Majesty's Prison and Probation Service.
The £16 million contract increases new business wins to £31 million in the first two months of FY27, following recent contract uplifts with DEFRA (£39 million), NHS England (£22 million) and HM Land Registry (£11 million).
"We are thrilled to be working with the Ministry of Justice and appreciate the trust they have placed in us to support their ongoing transformation efforts," said Björn Conway, Chief Executive Officer.
TPXimpact will publish preliminary unaudited full-year results for FY26 and an initial outlook for FY27 on 16th June.
