SysGroup (AIM:SYS), the AIM-listed cloud, cybersecurity and AI enablement provider for the UK mid-market, said trading since the start of the financial year has continued in line with the exit run rate achieved in the fourth quarter of FY26.

Executive Chairman Heejae Chae told shareholders ahead of today's AGM that both sales growth and margins have held consistently as the group approaches the end of the first half of FY27.

The board said it remains confident the group will deliver full-year results in line with current market expectations.

SysGroup also confirmed its appointment as an approved supplier on the UK Government's G-Cloud 15 framework, allowing public sector organisations to procure cloud services directly rather than through intermediaries.

The group has already secured its first contract under the new framework with a UK public sector organisation.

"The Board remains confident in the Group's strategy and the opportunities across both its core managed services base and newer growth channels such as G-Cloud," the company said.
