Seraphim Space Investment Trust (LSE:SSIT) will join the FTSE 250 from the start of trading on 19 June, elevating the world's first listed SpaceTech investment company after its 2021 IPO and a £137m C share fundraise.
The company said the promotion reflects continued growth in portfolio value and rising investor interest in SpaceTech and is expected to increase visibility, index-related demand and liquidity for SSIT.
