BRCK Group, an AIM-listed construction materials distributor, completed its acquisition of H.S. Jackson & Son (Fencing) on 30 June, following the deal's announcement on 8 June.

Headquartered in Ashford, Kent, Jacksons designs, manufactures and installs premium timber and steel fencing, gates and perimeter security systems across residential, commercial, industrial and high-security end markets.

The company said the deal reinforces its strategy to diversify beyond core materials distribution and broaden its product and service range, adding that it expects the acquisition to be earnings-enhancing in the first full year after completion.

"The acquisition is a significant step in our diversification strategy into the premium fencing market, and we look forward to working with the management team to drive the next stage of Jacksons' growth story as a part of BRCK," said chief executive Frank Hanna.

No financial terms were included in the completion announcement; deal consideration was disclosed in the original 8 June announcement.
