Solid State plc (AIM:SOLI) (AIM: SOLI) said John Macmichael's appointment follows his spell as interim CEO and is effective immediately, with Jon Baxter taking on day-to-day responsibility for the Components division.
Nigel Rogers, Chairman of the Board, said: "John accepted the appointment as Interim CEO last November in unexpected circumstances and provided immediate stability and confidence to the Company and its stakeholders. Since then, he has shown great leadership to the senior team, and has embraced the development and implementation of Group strategy.
