Acuity RM Group (AIM:ACRM), the software group specialising in cyber-security, said the new three‑year contract combines a professional services element for the migration and TPRM deployment with a recurring subscription and increases the recurring revenue contribution from this customer.

"The agreement increases the recurring revenue contribution from this customer, and the customer has indicated potential for further expansion of its use of STREAM® over the life of the contract," David Rajakovich, CEO, said.

The contract follows an existing engagement and extends the customer relationship for a further three years while embedding STREAM® Classic SaaS as the delivery model.

Acuity supplies its STREAM® Governance, Risk and Compliance platform and associated consultancy services to clients across markets including government, defence, broadcasting, utilities, manufacturing and healthcare.
