TPXimpact Holdings (AIM:TPX), an AIM-listed technology-enabled services group focused on public sector digital transformation, secured a £19 million contract uplift and one-year extension with HM Land Registry.

The extension pushes the agreement to May 2028, building on TPXimpact's original four-year appointment in May 2023 as HMLR's primary digital, data and technology delivery partner, a deal then worth £49 million.

TPXimpact separately won a £5 million contract with the British Library through its digital experience agency, manifesto, its largest win to date.

The initial 30-month contract, with options to extend, covers digital product development and maintenance of the British Library's web estate as part of its Future Web Programme, using an agile delivery model.

The manifesto unit will field a multidisciplinary team working alongside British Library staff to expand online access to the institution's collections.

Chief executive Björn Conway said the HMLR uplift reflects "the strength of this collaboration and our shared execution track record", built since the 2023 appointment.

He added that the British Library win plays to manifesto's strength in "adaptable, human-centred digital design" for cultural institutions seeking to broaden public access to their archives.

Conway said the combined wins "strengthen our long-term order book and reinforce TPXimpact's position as a key digital transformation partner for the UK public sector."

News Intelligence what this means for the company

TPXimpact secured £24m in combined contract wins: a £19m uplift and one-year extension to its HM Land Registry deal (now running to May 2028) and a £5m British Library contract via manifesto. The HMLR uplift validates execution on a £49m original appointment from May 2023, while the British Library win marks manifesto's largest deal to date and extends TPXimpact's foothold in cultural-sector digital transformation alongside its core public-sector government work.

Investment case

The HMLR uplift demonstrates contract stickiness and customer confidence in TPXimpact's delivery track record on a flagship engagement. Combined with the British Library win, the deals strengthen the order book and diversify revenue beyond core government departments, though neither contract materially alters the scale of TPXimpact's FY27 adjusted EBITDA guidance of £12.0m floor.
