Abingdon Health said its US subsidiary, Abingdon Health USA, has been certified to earn up to US$370,000 in performance‑based Wisconsin tax credits from the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation over a three‑year period commencing 1 January.
The company, which provides rapid diagnostic tests and med‑tech, said the award comprises up to US$320,000 tied to the creation of new full‑time roles and up to US$50,000 linked to qualifying capital investment at its Madison facilities.
“These tax credits will support our expansion at University Research Park in Madison, including the creation of additional skilled roles,” said Chris Yates, President of Abingdon Health USA Inc.
The credits are performance‑based and contingent on the number of jobs created and capital invested during the three‑year period, and they support the Group's North American development, manufacturing and commercial base in Madison.
