ITM Power and Protium join forces on UK green hydrogen
ITM Power has formed a strategic partnership with Protium to co-develop green hydrogen projects across the United Kingdom. The first collaboration under the agreement is the Cromarty Hydrogen Project in the Scottish Highlands, a site recently acquired by Protium that will host a 15MW electrolyser capable of producing approximately 7 tonnes of green hydrogen per day.
The partnership positions ITM Power (AIM:ITM) as the electrolyser technology provider on what would be a meaningful early-stage project for domestic green hydrogen infrastructure, with Protium bringing the site and development pipeline to the arrangement.
