S4 Capital trims revenue guidance and targets margin recovery

S4 Capital (LSE:SFOR) guided for 2026 like-for-like net revenue of £632-663 million, representing a low single-digit decline on 2025, as the advertising and marketing services group delivered a cautious update at its AGM. The company is targeting at least a 100 basis-point improvement in operational EBITDA margin as it works to offset the revenue headwind through cost discipline. The shares fell 6.58% to 40.45p on the update.
