Imaging Biometrics (LSE:IBAI), in a statement ahead of today's AGM, said it remains on track to make progress towards profitability in 2026.

The company highlighted a commercial software launch, an expanded global distribution tie-up, growing organ-on-a-chip revenue and a planned Phase 1 publication as drivers of near-term commercial momentum.

"The board is confident the group is entering a period of revenue acceleration. Our expectation of progress towards profitability in 2026 is unchanged," said Trevor Brown, Chief Executive.

The company has today launched IB Nimble™ 2, a web, iOS and Android collaboration platform with in‑app DICOM viewing, PACS synchronisation, customisable roles and reinforced cybersecurity, which the Board expects will broaden adoption at institutions that previously needed integrated imaging.

In December 2025, IBAI expanded its distribution agreement with GE HealthCare to include QSMetric and FTB Express Maps alongside IB Neuro and IB Delta T1, giving its software access to GE’s installed MRI base worldwide.

Kirkstall, acquired in October 2025, delivered year‑on‑year revenue growth in 2025, has distributors in the US, China and South Korea, and is transitioning the Quasi‑Vivo platform toward larger pharmaceutical drug‑discovery orders supported by new partners and a glioblastoma tumour‑on‑a‑chip collaboration.

It completed a Phase 1 trial of oral gallium maltolate in November 2025 and expects to submit the study results for journal publication in 2026.
