Blencowe Resources (LSE:BRES) reported BHDD-L327 returned 22.23m true width at 7.73% total graphitic carbon in the final batch of shallow Beehive assays, completing the 110-hole Stage 7 programme ahead of JORC reporting.
The shallow programme, drilled to roughly 30m, produced multiple long near-surface intervals with most holes intersecting mineralisation to end-of-hole and other notable intercepts including BHDD-L331: 20.85m TW @7.67% TGC and BHDD-L335: 22.64m TW @6.30% TGC, while average grades remain consistent with DFS assumptions and higher-grade zones occur within the bulk package.
“Beehive continues to deliver thick mineralisation from surface with strong continuity and higher-grade zones within the broader envelope,” said Executive Chairman Cameron Pearce.
Beehive has been mapped over about 1,200m of strike and 480m of width, remains open for step-out to the north, west and south and for depth where earlier drilling showed mineralisation to ~100m, and Blencowe says modelling is advanced and it expects to issue a maiden Beehive JORC Mineral Resource shortly alongside an updated Orom-Cross JORC Resource while continuing strategic and funding discussions with offtake interest.
