Iconic Labs (LSE:ICON), the LSE-listed company focussed on media and tech, has appointed Bertalan Jászkuti as a director with immediate effect.

It follows the departure of Victor Humberdot after more than two years on the board.

Jászkuti, 52, is a health economist currently serving as Head of Innovation Funding at Syreon Research Institute. His background spans corporate finance advisory, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and equity capital markets, including six years at Deloitte Advisory and Management Consulting and a period running his own life-sciences-focused boutique investment firm.

Over a 25-year career, he has advised entrepreneurs, institutional private equity funds, and large multinationals on capital deployment and transactions.
