Distil (AIM:DIS), the AIM-listed owner of RedLeg Spiced Rum, Blackwoods Gin and Vodka, and Blavod Black Vodka, is moving its UK distribution to Fortitude Drinks starting August 2026.
Fortitude's group company ICB Drinks already bottles some of Distil's brands, and the company expects the wider relationship to cut production, packaging, logistics and warehousing costs.
ICB Drinks has recently installed a £10 million canning line, which Distil says will speed up development of new products, including ready-to-drink formats.
Distil and Fortitude are also exploring closer cooperation on export markets, with both parties identifying what they describe as significant untapped opportunity for Blavod, RedLeg and Blackwoods Gin and Vodka abroad.
