Tern (LSE:TERN) shares were up 27.5% to 0.765p after Device Authority, in which Tern holds a 25.3% stake, said it has partnered with Xalient to integrate Device Authority's KeyScaler platform into Xalient's managed security services.
The collaboration will combine KeyScaler with Xalient's managed "as‑a‑service" model and MARTINA AIOps platform to deliver automated device identity lifecycle management, with Xalient providing managed services, observability and market access while Device Authority, a global leader in identity and access management (IAM) for IoT and OT, supplies the machine‑identity technology.
KeyScaler is positioned to provide zero‑touch provisioning and end‑to‑end lifecycle automation from onboarding through certificate rotation to decommissioning, supporting scalable Zero Trust controls and compliance with evolving requirements such as the EU Cyber Resilience Act and US guidance from CISA and NIST.
"Through our partnership with Xalient, we are extending the reach of KeyScaler's automated identity lifecycle management to more organisations, enabling them to establish strong device identities, automate credential management, and enforce Zero Trust policies," said Darron Antill, CEO of Device Authority.
The joint offering will initially focus on energy and utilities, manufacturing, healthcare and critical infrastructure.
