Pri0r1ty Intelligence Group (AIM:PR1) has told investors that its newly acquired Pirkx wellbeing platform is trading close to break-even and could reach operating profitability in early 2027, as it launched Pri0r1ty People, an AI-powered HR platform built around the Pirkx offering.
The London-listed AI SaaS group acquired Pirkx's operating assets and technology platform from the administrators of Pirkx in early September, paying an initial £50,000 cash sum plus a capped royalty on future Pirkx-derived revenue, and has since rebranded the business as Pri0r1ty Pirkx Limited.
Pirkx now serves 9,859 contracted users across 525 contracted companies, with platform engagement of 75%, and generates monthly recurring revenue of £42.7k across its existing customer base. Organic user numbers grew by more than 1.5% in September without any sales or marketing activity, the company said.
A technology and restructuring programme carried out since completion is expected to cut operating expenditure significantly from February 2027, which, on an indicative basis and assuming contracted revenues are maintained or grown, could see the business turn operationally cashflow positive ahead of Pri0r1ty's internal forecast.
Since its launch, Pirkx members have spent more than £3.1 million through the platform's cards, vouchers, cinema and online offers, generating over £187,000 in savings including £115,000 in cashback, and have logged in more than 295,000 times in total.
Pri0r1ty People is a new HR module built on the Pirkx base, combining an AI HR assistant, AI-generated appraisals, an employee directory, leave and calendar management, contractor management and document storage, with Pirkx wellbeing and benefits folded in as a dedicated tab.
The module will be made available first to Pirkx's 525 contracted companies, with a wider rollout to Pri0r1ty AI users to follow, giving the group a cross-selling route into its existing customer base.

"Pirkx is exactly the kind of business we look for: a loved product, a loyal and growing membership of nearly 10,000 people across 525 companies, and contracted recurring revenue that already covers almost all of its costs," said Daniel Gee, chief technology officer of Pri0r1ty.
The deal follows a pattern the group has set out previously: acquire a subscription-based business with loyal users and recurring revenue, integrate it into the Pri0r1ty AI platform, cut its cost base and cross-sell across the wider customer set, a model the board said it is actively seeking to repeat through further acquisitions of complementary, recurring-revenue businesses.
Pri0r1ty operates three other revenue-generating divisions alongside Pirkx: Halfspace, its sports-focused marketing business; the core Pri0r1ty AI SaaS platform; and Metr1c, its brand partnerships arm for the entertainment sector.
