Crimson Tide (AIM:TIDE), the AIM-listed provider of the mpro5 operational compliance platform, has agreed a 12-month extension to its contract with Cadent Gas, running through to 30 September 2027.

The renewed agreement carries annual recurring revenue (ARR) of £486,000, a 4% increase on the previous contract value.

Cadent, the UK's largest gas distribution network, has embedded mpro5 into its day-to-day operational and compliance workflows, and the extension marks a continuation of what the company describes as a longstanding customer relationship.

"This renewal demonstrates the mission-critical role that mpro5 plays in supporting the operations of large, complex enterprises," said Jon Clarke, Chief Executive Officer.

Crimson Tide positioned the deal as part of a broader customer retention strategy focused on securing and extending agreements with its largest accounts.
