Active Energy Group (AIM:AEG) said its Ghummud facility in Abu Dhabi generated 404,000 Dirham (AED) of revenue net to the group in its first full month of trading.
The company, which acquires energised power infrastructure and overlays modular digital infrastructure capacity, reported average fleet uptime of approximately 97% and an illustrative annualised revenue run-rate of 4.85 million Dirham (AED) based solely on the month’s performance.
The board said the initial operating performance was broadly in line with internal expectations and validated the commercial rationale of its acquisition-led strategy.
Ghummud is the first operational deployment within Active Energy’s wider UAE infrastructure platform and sits alongside the group's 8MVA development project and the recently announced Khazna acquisition as the foundation of its UAE expansion.
Paul Elliott, CEO, said: "Ghummud is now producing revenue and validating the acquisition model we have been building around."
The company said it will continue to provide operational updates as appropriate.
