Pennant International Group (AIM:PEN), the AIM-listed systems support software and training solutions company, has closed its first sale of Auxilium-GenS through its global distribution agreement with Siemens Digital Industries Software, with a North American customer operating across defence, national security and space domains.
The sale follows the July 2025 agreement under which Siemens was licensed to distribute Auxilium-GenS as part of its Teamcenter platform, giving Pennant access to Siemens' existing global customer base without a direct sales presence in those markets.
No financial terms were disclosed, and the company described the transaction as small.
Chief executive Phil Walker called the sale "a significant milestone, evidencing the commercial traction we are beginning to generate," adding that he sees "substantial opportunity to build momentum in North America and beyond."
The Auxilium software segment is Pennant's primary source of recurring revenues, providing integrated product and logistics support tools to operators of complex assets in aerospace, defence, rail and adjacent safety-critical industries.
The Siemens channel represents the first live validation of Pennant's strategy to scale Auxilium through high-quality platform partnerships rather than organic direct sales expansion alone, with North America identified as the initial growth focus.
